This is permanently implanted, however - ALL tattoos fade over time, cosmetic tattooing will too fade overtime. This gentle technique is not implanted as deep as a regular body tattoo.
This works in our favour - as the brows remain soft, we are able to do colour boosts in the future without the brows being overly saturated with pigment. This avoids undesirable tones, and leaves room for changes in the future. Less is more to achieve natural results.
