Reiki is an intuitively guided energy healing technique that balances energy throughout the body. We are energy and every cell in our body pulses with it. Environmental forces & emotionally damaging experiences can cause energy imbalances or blockages through our bodies chakras.The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words – Rei, meaning “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power”, and Ki, meaning “life force energy”. The practice of Reiki is “spiritually guided life force energy”. It is a holistic, non-invasive therapy that promotes healing of mind, body and spirit. It can be described as a deeply relaxing, warm, glowing radiance of energy that flows through you leaving you with a strong sense of peace and wellbeing.
Some of the benefits can include deep relaxation, strengthened sense of self, clarity and insight about personal issues, and deepened spiritual connection.
